Family and Reflections

BAC Campus (We've come a long way)

March 6-9 2011
Marrit and kids came up, what fun grandkids are. Brooklynn snuggled up on her Grammy's lap and said "tico tico" she loves her back tickled and will hold still as long as you will keep tickling. She is potty trained, daytime and mostly night. For a two year old that is a wonderful thing. They were in Beaver and Brooklynn took Justice to the potty and taught her to go. Heidi was a happy mom. I can see it now, "Potty Trainer for Rent" she could make college money. She is fiesty and sweet all at the same time. She teases Parker until he breaks down and whaps her. He told his Mom he wanted a brother and could he please have one that was four.
Parker was a love and spent most of his time playing Crash. Sure glad Grandpa and I have something the kids like. We are down to one remote and Marrit tried to find one on Ebay and Gamestop. She bid on a Playstation 2 and got it so we went to Gamestop to buy another remote. Wow two remote controls! We think about buying a game but the kids love Crash and they don't have it anymore. It snowed while they were here and so we were pretty well stuck in the house. But I enjoyed their visit so much.

Scott and Lindy came up today, it was so good to see them. Mike and Scott went golfing and we called Michelle and went to Pizza Factory. I haven't been out to lunch or for that matter out of the house for so long. It was so fun to get out and pizza and salad hit the spot.
Reflections
Beau and Tianna had their baby boy. He has a heart problem and we are all saying our prayers for their family. They had a miracle to begin with when a cardiologist from Primary Childrens Hospital read his echo and identified more than a murmur and had him flown to Primary Childrens. That cardiologist only goes to Idaho Falls once a month.
I remember having my babies and the miracles time and again that saved them and some that saved me. I am in awe of how many babies are born perfect and I am in awe of the advances of medicine. Most of all I am in awe of the love our Heavenly Father has for each one of us.
Da Leg
I am coming along, still a lot of hesitation with trusting the knee. My leg is strong and I am now doing wall slides. Not from choice. I had such a bad experience last year, but I feel more trusting of Grant (my pt guy). He seems to be firm but quiet and he talks me into relaxing and I believe I do much better without being killed. Not that he doesn't force the knee, he does, but he tells me that he's going to before hand. And he does make me cry and I do let it be known at times.
I will be so happy to have this all behind me. I have to keep looking at the scar to remind myself that it was a big surgery and that I had big problems other than my knee that put me back a week. I just want to go riding my four wheeler.
Enough for today. Love you all and health to everyone . Summer will be here before we know it.
