This Christmas was short on money and long on Christmas spirit. I did a little re-gifting of some of my keepsakes. I wrote letters to each one telling a little of the history and the reason I picked this particular gift for that person. It was a great experience and my own way to share memories and my love for each person.
Christmas Eve morning we met Curt and Ranon and kids at Grandpas to give them their gifts, then we went down to Scott and Lindys. Nate and Jaymie were so excited. Santa made his annual tour of Bunkerville on the fire truck giving out popcorn and candy canes. Very fun tradition. Crissy and Walker were there and it was great to see them. They are getting married June 18th. I am so happy for them.
Lindy fixed a wonderful meal, ribs, shrimp and pumpkin roll. Nummy! We had a good time playing Apples to Apples. Christmas morning Kody called us and we hurried to their house to watch the Glovers open their presents. The kids had a really nice Christmas and Michelle made us Belgin waffles with her new waffle maker. Michelle had to work from 12:00 noon to 6:00 so Dad and I fixed Christmas dinner. Pat and Craig were here and as well as Paul who had come down to spend Christmas with his Dad. It was so nice to have them here to visit.
It was the most memorable and wonderful Christmas ever. Thanks to my kids and grandkids. Love to all, Mom

Polar Express
We had a really great trip to Williams Az. The lights and Christmas decorations were really fantastic. The kids were so excited to see the trains and Brooklynn kept saying "All aboard!" The train started moving and we were served hot (luke warm) chocolate and the best chocoalte chip cookies I've ever eaten. Mike wanted more so A+ for the cookies. All the kids and even some adults were in their Christmas pajamas. Everyone on the train was in the Christmas mood and sang Christmas songs. Santa came through our car first and gave everyone a sleigh bell.. Parker eyes were ready to pop, he was jumping up and down on the seat. Earlier that morning he wasn't going to have anything to do with Santa and didn't even want him to come to his house.
I would definately recommend this trip we had a ton of fun.
We had a Hulet family party and the kids exchanged presents. I think the real hit was a pillow pet from Brooklynn to Jaymie. She loved it! We played a couple of games and had fun with a white elephant game exchange, I think we'll make this a new tradition. Christmas Eve dinner isn't easy for everyone to come.
Love you all Mom

Finally She Writes
Thanks to Lindy who reminded me that I hadn't written for quite a while and that somebody reads it. We had a great 3 or 4 days down at the Logandale Trails a few weeks ago. It is so great to get out and just read, ride and rest whenever we wanted. I loved having long talks with Mike and being outside and it was a perfect week to go . The last warm week we have had.
This week for Mike's birthday I invited all my kids to dinner. We had a great time everyone got full. Michelle made some wonderful pies, punkin cheesecake. Mmmm I fixed cream cheese enchaladas and a green salad. After dinner we all (cept Mike) went to Harry Potter. I was surpirsed at how much humor was in it and that I could actually remember parts of it from the book. It has been about 3 years since I read all of the series. I guess I'm going to have to read them again. I loved having Jaymie and Kamree here to sleep and then Saturday night Kody and Nathan. Kamree had a cheer program. Lindy and Scott went the first night and Lindy went with Michelle Saturday.
Thanks Michelle and Lindy for all you do for me. Marrit I wish you could have been here too. We missed your family so much. We are looking forward to seeing you this week. Mike and I will be with Grandpa Great this year. I know we will enjoy spending time with him.
Love you all so much, Mom

Just Lookin for rocks
Monday again, I didn't feel up to going to the gym. I've got to start sometime, maybe tomorrow? We did go for a ride to look for paving stones. We went north of the Parowan Gap road. We found some perfect red rocks. Well I found them, he put them in the truck. I guess my next part is showing him where they go. It was a good day, but, Boomer threw up in his bed. I guess it got a little bumpy and rough. We went on a "wood hauling" road. A wood hauling road is half again as bad as a dirt road. We ended up on the top of a mountain with a beautiful view of Parowan. It had great Christmas tree branches, so you know it was high. I was happy to get out and go for a ride anywhere.
(Sad Grama) I don't know what I'm going to do about Christmas and I tear up everytime I think about it.

OOPS!
Here I am in Bunkerville having a great time with Jaymie and Nathan. We went to the movie today and saw Dispicable Me. So funny and cute I think I will have to buy this one. The big OOPS is that I thought I was on my blog not knowing that Lindy had started a blog herself. So to read about Tropic see Lindy's blog. I'm not even sure if I named it. If there's a way to goof up I can find it! Lindy should send out invites for her blog. I am having a great time blogging. It's a great way to keep a journal and also share thoughts. I highly recommend it. Very theraputic too. Love Grams

Ready to Ride?
Hello Everyone! We are so looking forward to getting away and riding. Food has been assigned and it sounds great. Thanks Michelle who got it written down so we had somewhat of a plan. Marrit is going to make home made ice cream. It sounds wonderful, I can't remember the last time I had it, a long time ago I'm guessing.
Michelle was down yesterday and we were bouncing lunch ideas around. Three days of peanut butter and jelly or lunch meat sounded a bit boring. We decided that if we took a one plate burner and fry pan we could have hot dogs and chips. What do you all think? It reminded me of going to Overton with Scott and Lindy. Quick & easey but not a sandwich. Crissy and Walker are coming, it will be fun for Walker to see us at our (best?) We always have such a great time and I am really feeling like I want to have my own bike. (Hey Grandpa H. will you loan me your bike?)
Mike and I tended Parker and Brooklynn, thanks Kody and Kamree for your help. Parker got very home sick for his Mom. But it was really fun to have them sleep over. We are also looking forward to seeing Nate and Jaymie who we haven't got to see much this summer. I did have Jaymie a couple of days and we had a good time together.
Kirt, Marrit, Michell & kids and Gramp and I are going Thursday morning. They plan to hike Bryce Canyon, so everyone else come as soon as you can. We are going to have such a good time.
Love to all see you soon. Grams

Marsha
July 10, 2010, my beautiful sister Marsha went home to her Heavenly Father. Just to be present at her passing, although hard, gave me renewed strengh to live a little better and be a little kinder. She never complained although she was surely in severe pain most of the time. She went to work and spent her day with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart. Marsha was the ultimate giver of herself and her only regret at leaving this life was that she would not be here to see her beautiful grandchildren grow up. She was at peace with her life and with her children's lives.
Marsh and I became the greatest of friends and best of sisters when we had our babies together three to be exact. The first two, were boys born just two weeks apart. Mine Oct. 28th & 30th and hers Nov. 16th & 18th. Later she had a beautiful baby girl, JoAnn, on March 24th. Michelle was supposed to make her debut March 3rd. As usual I held on to her until the doctor finally induced labor on March 30th. I don't know what I would have done had she not been a girl. Marsh and I dressed them alike just like twins. JoAnn although bald always had a bow stuck to her head with Karo syrup. We went on picnics, swimming at Veyo, county fairs and shopping at the ABC shop. Shopping was a wonderful event when we had enough money to buy them new outfits or dresses. Not too long ago Marsha asked me if I remembered "Midnight Madness" how could I forget. We went early to St. George to scope out the dresses and outfits by first, second and third choices. Both of us had to be careful of how much money we spent.
We made cut-out cakes for birthdays and celebrated every holiday with all the fun and flair we could muster. We made tons of quilts and blankets with help from my Mom who loved helping both of us. Marsha was the most beautiful quilter and had the tiniest stitches. Mine are longer and even stitches, but hers were petite just like her. We took on a big project and made Mom and Dad Hulet a quilt for their bed. Lois called it her "summer quilt."
In saying my goodbyes yesterday I whispered in her ear could she please give my Mom and Connie a hug for me. I will treasure each memory and moment I have shared with Marsha. I will miss her always and never forget what a gracious and beautiful person she was.
Love, Barbara

Fourth of July 2010
Thank goodness my kids are coming home soon. Don't get me wrong it's good to spend time with me. But as my Dad often said, "I'm feeling lower than a well digger's butt." (not quoted exactly) The phrase always gave me a real mental picture. It's not that I begrudge any of you holiday time without the "grams" but it suddenly occurred to me that I had totally spaced out the fourth of July shirts. I cried.
Scott it sounded like you and Lindy were having the time of your life. Michelle and Marrit I'm so glad you could be together for a while. The swimming and ballgame sounded really fun and I'm so glad you invited Crissy. It sounds like her job wasn't what she thought it was.
I am looking forward to our camping trip the 1st of August. Do you think the kids will expect games like "whack the cracker?" Maybe we could have a poker tournament (or old maid) in the condo?
Love you all, Mom

Water babies
I can't get all the pictures I want on this blog. It seems like I should be able to have more. Marrit took us to the river, it was so pretty and calm. We had a picnic and Parker swam around with his life jacket. We had such a good time, just doing nothing but watching the kids. They are a couple of water puppies. Love you all, Mom

Bunkerville and Ballgames
I took Kamree and Kody to help tend Nate and Jaymie. Not much tending, but mostly getting them to golf and back. They went swimming, hut building and riding the four wheelers. I love being with the kids, they are so fun and full of summer.
Marrit and Kirt invited us to Payson to go to a Diamondback game. It was so much fun and we had a great time. Garcia a pitcher for the Cardinals gave Parker a baseball. We stayed at a beautiful hotel on a golf course. This was our Mother's and Father's day present. What a great present. Thanks Marrit and Kirt!

Oh What A Ride!
Absolutely one of our best times ever. Ron and Cindy took us to such interesting places. The mail drop where mail was dropped from a shear cliff to be delivered to Springdale, Hurricane, St. George areas. That ride was a long day we rode about 55 or 60 miles. I had wondered what the Barricks was and why it was called that. The Barricks owned some of the property we rode on. The trail was sandy and we criss-crossed the creek, which was great fun for the kids and a good way to cool off. We were all tired and dirty when we got back but it was worth it.
The second day we went to Peek-a-boo, great sand dunes and a slot canyon so beautiful I can hardly describe it. I hiked part way up the canyon and found the going easy, so later Mike and I hiked to the end of the canyon. It was not a long hike for the others but was a great hike for me to complete after having my knee replaced. The wind, water and sandstone was layered in the most beautiful patterns and colors. The rest of the group rode to a slide in cave that Shawn and some others scouts found a long---long--- time ago. (well I guess Shawns not that old). I was pretty tired so Mike and I rested at our picnic place and then we went back to Kanab to start dinner. I would have loved to have gone into the cave but they said it was a tight squeeze and the army crawl was required to get out. Thanks Marrit for taking such good pix so I could see what it was like. Michelle said the kids didn't want to leave the sand dunes and then they didn't want to leave the cave.
The third day we went on a beautiful ride to a place overlooking Hilldale and Colorado City. We rode to an indian cave which was another place I couldn't hike to because it was so steep. I probably could have rolled down (lol) but watching Ron get back up the hill on his worn out knees reminded me that it was a good thing I didn't try it. There were indian hyroglyics and depressions in the sandstone all in a row where they ground corn. On the way back we went to a cabin that a friend of Ron's takes care of. It was so peaceful and quiet. It had a pond with little fish the kids could feed. We had our picnic there and headed for home.
Parker said said, "that was the most awesome vacation house ever!" He was thrilled to sleep in a great big bed. All the kids were great and had such a fun time. We surely owe the Glover's a huge thank you for their hospitality and sharing their time and homes. I couldn't walk the day after we got home but then everyone else was having the same problem in some form. But it was worth it!
I am so thankful for the memories we have made together. The kids still talk about staying in the cabins at Marysvale. We are planning another ride at the Tropic reservoir the first of August. We decided to go there because Kirt and Marrit were not able to come to the Twitchell reunion. There are lots of trails we have gone on and many we haven't so I know we will have a good time. As long as there is dirt, water and marshmellows the kids will be happy.

Ready to Ride?
Hello all! Getting ready to go riding when you're 40 vs. 65 a little difference there. Thanks to Kody for making my cookies, and also Kody and Kamree for offering to clean the trailer. I had it done or I sure would have taken them up on their offers. Bless all of my polite and helpfull grandkids. Also thanks to Mike who takes care of me and helps above and beyond. I am so excited to see the kids from Bunkerville and Payson. Due to so much going on in everyones life I haven't seen Nate and Jaymie much lately. Mike and I are going to tend them for the week of June 6-10 so that will be fun. Marrit says Brooklynn is saying lots of new words, I need to teach her Grams right away. I'm sure Parker has grown bigger, he has talked to me on the phone a couple of times. That's a new thing for him.
Boomer is asleep on my lap, so I can't get busy (ha ha) I have clothes to fold, pack and put clothes and food in the trailer. Scott and Lindy are staying at the Hulet Hotel Fri. so they can go to Holly's graduation. Holly is a sterling scholor with a 4.0 gpa and on the H.S. swim team so they are all very proud of her. What an accomplishment for her. Good luck in the future Holly!
Ron and Cindy, Kerry and Hannah are so generous with their time and homes I hope we can pay them back sometime. Rides have been planned to places that the Glovers like to go on and I know we are all ready for a fun Memorial weekend. Whooo Hoo!!
Love love and love, see you all soon. Mom

Older Than Dirt
The day has finally arrived, 65, holy crap! The good, the bad and the ugly.
THE GOOD, grandkids, retirement, days off that are really days off, senior citizens discounts (cause who can eat that much food anyway) putting the wash off until tomorrow, time with your husband, grandkids, and kids, sleeping in, taking your four wheeler and trailer out whenever you want and staying till you want to come home, taking a nap, having real conversations with family and friends.
THE BAD, expected to have a clean house all the time (no, oh I had to work excuses) too much time with hubby, watching days come and go without reaching your goals. People your age or younger are dying, feeling old and tired, having your body parts wear out, keep coloring gray hair or not.
THE UGLY, people who automaticaly give you the senior citizens without you telling them, forgetting your washed clothes and leaving them in the washer two days, (can be smelly) falling down in public or private, memory shot to hell, falling asleep in public.
The good outweighs the bad and ugly, love is sweeter, roses smell better, food is tastier, blessings are not taken for granted, family is more important, each day more precious and sunsets more beautiful.
Love to all of you, Mom

One down one (knee) to go
I got good reviews from the doctor so onward! Mike and I joined the gym I need to keep up with my PT. Mike has wanted to work out for a while now. Golf is priority if the sun shines and it makes him so happy.
Saturday we are going to Red Lobster to celebrate birthday month. Marrit you are invited, be there at 5:30 sharp. I tried once to call you with an invite but left a message. I will try again. I hope you are out having fun in your really nice weather. We sure miss you at times like this, well we sure miss you anyway but you know what I mean. We are getting together on Memorial weekend to ride bikes and we will see you then.
I a great visit on Mother's Day with Mona. We went to lunch and talked and talked. I hope we can do it again soon. By soon that would be before next May. Curtis came, it was good to see him too.

Things going on
Last Sat. we attended Ronnie Glover's funeral. It was so nice, the Glover family has so many friends that showed their support and love. We were glad we could go. We came back through Zion and had forgotton how beautiful it is. So we bought a year pass and hopefullly we will go back soon.
There is so much going on right now, I am wondering where the time went. Crissy is graduating Friday and Satuarday with her Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine. Scott and Lindy are coming Friday for the celebration. Crissy we are so proud of you.
Kody is turning 12 (wow) on the 6th? I'm too lazy to get up and check for sure. He want to go four wheeling for his party. Thats what he always likes to do. But it's sure fun for all of us to party and ride with him. Happy Birthday Kody!
I have been working really hard at physical therapy and measured 127 degrees today! Ouch! They added some knee curls and knee crunches on the weight machine. That's three sets of 10 on both knees and three sets of 10 on one knee the left (replaced) knee. I'm pretty achey tonight but it was a good workout.
We are planning a ride in Kanab on Memorial weekend. Marrit and Kirt are coming up. I can't wait to ride in that red sand again. Kanab is beautiful and the Glovers are excellent guides. Ron knows all the trails.
I've got to go back to the front room and help Mike watch the Jazz.

Ronnie Glover
Ronnie Glover passed away this morning in St. George, Ut. What a sad day for the Glover family. Ronnie will be missed very much and I know will not be forgotten. His body could not fight all of the things that were wrong with him. Yet, he was couragous in his fight until the end. All of our sympathy and condolances to all of the friends and family of the Glover's. Ronnie was 32 years old and will be buried in Kanab, Ut.

1st Counselor Primary
Not Lindy, not Michelle, not me....that leaves Marrit. She hadn't even completed her 1st ward party today. She organized a Linger Longer for after church. They had those in Connecticut where everyone lived a ways from the church building. She said they had great food and everyone had a good time. She may have started a new thing in Payson. She was put in as first counselor during church and set apart after. Primary is great fun, I was first and second counselor with Janet Dalley a long time ago.

Don't Ya Just Love Kids?
Mike and I were at Michelles yesterday, Mike was trimming Michelles apple tree and bushes by her front door. Shaylee Mae and Terrin were there while Mandee was in St. George with Ronnie and Cindee and Ron. Terrin was watching Mike cut off branches when he said, "Don't cut me, I'm human." How old is he?
Michelle was running a sandwich shop for everyone because of course no one wanted the same kind. Toasted tuna was the main item on the menu and Shaylee was explaining to Michelle why she didn't like tuna. She said, " When I was a baby in my Mommy's tummy, she ate a tuna fish sandwich and I threw up." "Really" Michelle said, mmmm. Run that by me one more time.
Love you all, Mom

Toasted tuna was the main item on the menu and Shaylee was explaining to Michelle why she didn't like tuna. She said, " When I was a baby in my Mommy's tummy, she ate a tuna fish sandwich and I threw up." "Really" Michelle said, mmmm. Run that by me one more time.

Sweatin to the oldies
Hello? Are you out there? I'm not talking about aliens, I'm talking about YOU! My children, grandchildren, friends, relatives anyone? Please write back in my comments section. Of course maybe theres nothing to answer.
I am feeling quite good now, my knee is doing ever so much better. Last night was a good night. I didn't wake up at all. Less pain meds too. Wednesday I made Mike stay at physical therapy with me. They added the recumbent bike and I was able to add lots more reps. Sweatin to the oldies (me being the oldy) anyway it felt very good. I am almost at 120 degrees which is where Dr. Delcore wants me. Endorphins! endorphins! makes ya feel so good. Mike was very proud of me. I was very proud of me!

3rd & 4th Ward Church
I picked this photo from a lady who now lives in Vegas. She lived a few blocks from my family on 200 North. Ed, Mona and I were all baptised in this building. The church pew I had for several years was from this building. I remember getting baptised but, it wasn't my Dad who baptised me. My Mom and Dad were not active at that time. Mom and Dad were married in the temple when I was about 10 years old. Mom was always active in relief society and loved to quilt with the ladies. The primary and relief society were downstairs and the chapel and cultural hall were upstairs. I remember going to primary and sitting on the little chairs, I must have been about 4 years old. The lady conducting asked why we took the sacrament and I raised my hand not having any idea why we took the sacrament. I said, "because maybe the poor people are hungry." I think it must have been me that was hungry. They must have laughed or I wouldn't have remember this so vividly. There seems to be moments of time stored away for such times as these.
Connie and Rudd Jones (my best friend) were married and had their reception in the relief society room.

ATV here I come!
I went to my first PT session today. Just about (killed me) (hurt me)(bothered me) (piece of cake) I'll give you a small clue, it was not a piece of cake. But I'm still moving along.
When I got home, Dad had something to show me. It was our peach tree. He was cleaning around the tree and it came out of the ground in his hand. It had been chewed right up to the tree trunk by gophers. You could see the teeth marks. So Marrit we have our little forest foes too. I hope they don't like apple trees and tulips!
Well love you all! Mom

Scars Like Mars
Today I had the stapels pulled out of my knee. Now it looks like twenty miles of bad road. Best thing of all...Dr. Delcore said he was proud of me! and...... and..... he hugged me. Wow! I couldn't have been happier with my progress.
Thanks, Marrit! Thanks Lindy! Thanks Michelle! and most of all thanks Mike! Mike who patiently got me up at night, hooked the ice machine on and off, made sure I got into the bathroom and back, covered me, gave me pills and yogart at 4:00a.m. made sure I had ice water and held me after exercise sessions. What a wonderful Dad you have.
I want to thank Jaymie for the beautiful Easter card she made me. I will keep it forever. I love all my beautiful grandkids they are each one very special.
I have a month of rehab at Dr. Delcores and I should be at a 100% Piece of cake right? Well I never said this wasn't going to be easy and it still is not. But seeing progress every day helps.
I love you all, Mom

Stretch The Knees Pleeze
This has been an experience! Marrit and kids came, I was so glad she did. I know it was hard for her bringing the kids, but it really did help a lot. She was able to push me a little more each day. Mike has been so good. Cooking for us, getting me in and out of bed during the night and helping with the exercises. Just geting me through the day has been a trial.
Well now I know for sure.... I won't do the other knee unless I absolutely have to. I kept saying how much more could it hurt, it already hurts about as bad as it can be. NOT!! There is pain and there is excruciating pain. I have really pushed myself trying to give the exercising my all, but I can't seem to get to the point where it bends as much as it needs too. If I don't get it to bend (they) will do it for me. That scares me so I keep pushing.
I have been using a walker, Parker said it was "Grandma's Wheels." So me and my wheels have until April 7th to get where I need to be. (according to Dr. Delcore's chart of pain)
No four wheeling for me this Easter, maybe later.
Love you all!!

ALMOST KNEESDAY
It's 12:00am and who knows how long it will be until I fall asleep. This is the third night in a row I can't sleep. I'm for sure not worried about the actual surgery, but I am nervous about the recovery, blood clots and making sure I do everything I can to get the knee up to speed. But I am determined. Curtis is coming in the morning to help give me a blessing so maybe that will calm my fears about recovery.
I think one of the things that I have heard everyone who has had their knees done is that they didn't want to go back and do the other one. So that's a bit scary, I have so much I want to do. Tend and play with the grandkids, ride four wheelers, camping, walk, go shopping without feeling like I'm dying. Enough already.
Love you all family!

Sunday, Monday Kneesday
Counting down. Tomorrow is blood work and getting signed up for the hospital. Wish I had something fun to paint my toes nails with. Something fun for the OR crew. I had company today. The OR Supervisor Marie Williamson, is in our ward (and husband) came to visit. A very nice couple, she has a daughter Kamree's age. Michelle said her and Marie had gone on field trips with the girls class last year.
Watched the virtual knee surgery again with Kamree, Kody and Michelle. Kamree thought it was cool. I did too. It made me feel like I kind of know what is going on. Well guess that's it for now.
Love you all! Mom

Kneezles
I've got the kneezles!
I think my knees should be covered with purple and pink spots and one pill should tke care of it. In mine and Dr. Suesses (sp) dreams.
I've think I also have basketball-itis. Today is going to be a long day. I wonder what all the other ladies in the the United States are doing. Theres just so much a lady can take. He (we) have watched 3 or 4 today, I've lost count.

Head Shoulders - Knees and Toes
When you know you are going to the hospital what is the first thing you think of? Well, I'm not worrying about whether or not it's going to hurt. No- I have to have a good hair cut and dye job. If your hair is good you are good. If your hair looks like crap, you feel like crap. I'm sure you all agree.
My other worry is - nope not the pain, but I know I would sleep so much better if I could take my own pillow. Maybe Dad will sneak it in. Does the hospital allow dogs? Well I think I have my prioitys in order now.
I love you all.

It's the Bee's Knees
I've notified everyone so this is not news. I had an ekg which was normal and bp of 112/72. So I'm cleared for takeoff. This is good because I am so ready. I hope I feel the same on Wednesday. Dad and I had a nice afternoon and had dinner at Red Lobster. So good. We stopped at Costco and I was struggling to get back to the car. This is no way for someone to live.
I am counting on Michelle, Dad and Crissy (and everyone else) to lead the cheering section. Kamree bring your pom poms. I will keep reminding myself that Grandma (Lois) didn't complain one bit. She was a brick for sure. I hope I can be as stoic as she was.
Darling pictures of Brooklynn on Facebook today. What a happy girl!

Theres no knees like old knees
Knees Mmmm they hurt really bad when you get old. I went to the orthopedic surgeon today and over heard Dr. Delcore questioning his helpers outside my door. I distictly heard him say "yes that's right both knees are terminal." I must say it didn't really surprise me, I've known they were "terminal" for some time now. Tomorrow I go see the cardiologist to be cleared for surgery next Tuesday. I am so ready to get this done.
I am wondering if the, after surgery pain will be worse or better than todays pain. Guess I'll find out. I will keep you posted if the cardiologist gives me the okay. I am counting on him clearing me for the surgery.
I love you family!!

Thoughts for Today
I've decided to write a new book. It's working title is, Squirrels in My Craftroom. Well actually I've started it. It's based on my life rasing four children and will contain noteworthy moments in raising children. I am soooo happy that I am writing about it and not doing it.
Such tidbits as the fact that college girls who take Wildlife and Forestry are not taking it so they can go out in that field. I can only think of a couple of other courses that may have more boys in it that this one and that would be shop and automoblie repair. I'm not sure what kind of grade Michelle got but she did score a husband.
The book will also include the true stories of "who is dumber my mother or yours?"
To be continued----

Oh what a night (I think thats a song)
What a day, what a night. I was up all night with a toothache. Nothing would make it go away. I was still awake at 4:40a and still hurting. Luckily the dentist got me in on a Saturday. A root canal did the trick although my head feels like an empty punkin. So after $766. and a lost day and night, I think I'm good.
Kody slept over last night, we played Crash Bandycoot and I read to him. It was fun. I just needed to feel better. Michelle brought Kamree over today. She got a superior on her piano piece. I am so glad she likes play. She has really done well in piano and her cheer. I'm really proud of all of the grandkids.

Just an add on, Kody called and is having a sleepover tonight. I love it that he likes to come and stay. I guess Gramps and I are not totally boring. At least I hope not. We are watching the Jazz play tonight I am getting to be quite a fan. They are playing as a team and it's been a lot funner to watch than before.
Blogging
I haven't forgotten about blogging and want to get back into it. I think this is a great way to journal as well as keeping up with my kids and grandkids. News Flash! on my health. I saw Dr. Asseago yesterday. Labs were great, I am so excited that my kidneys are now in the normal range. I stopped taking one med for Fybromyalgia in January and it was tough. But kidneys are doing fine now. Yah!.. I have recently lost 18 pounds for a total of 50 pounds from when I began trying to loose. So on to the knees. I see Dr. Delcore on the 17th of March. Dr. Allen told me both knees were totally shot. Worst case of osteoarthritis he had seen. We will see what Delcore says. Hoping that he will do one knee right away. The pain couldn't be worse than it is now.
Fybro, is second to the knees. So I am looking forward to being healthy and active after both knees are done.
Mike and I are happy and have lots of plans to ride, camp in the trailer and be with our kids and grandkids. Speaking of riding, in Feb. we went to Logandale NV. trails and stayed for 4 nights. Scott and kids came one night and Scott and Lindy and kids came another night. We stayed till we ran out of water and too many dirty clothes. It was so nice I am ready to go again.
It has been snowy here at our house and windy. I am so ready for warm weather, let the tulips begin!
