Hello,
I have had a strange week to say the least. I went in to Dixie Med. Center to have a Cardiac Ablation on the 13th of Aug. So it was go straight from the reunion, rest and get ready for an over nighter at the hospital.
Everything went well (according to my doc) but I am still a little tired. I have new bruises, especially on the right side of my neck. It looks like someone tried to strangle me. They went in two different places, one with a camera and one to cauterize the faulty electrical sites, leaving one healthy site to tell my heart when to beat. Amazing isn't it? I'm so happy that is behind me and I can look forward to getting healthy and well.

Family Reunion
Hi everyone,
What a lot of fun we had at the reunion. Throwing the frying pan was a hit. Devon said, "just give us a dirt road and a frying pan and we're entertained." Crush the cracker was a hoot and I want to thank Rachelle for organizing that game. It was such fun to watch everyone running around whacking at bottoms.
Thanks Ed for the shoot out. It gives even the little ones a chance to shoot a gun with the help of their dads. Thanks to Mona and Ed for the breakfasts and lunch. SUPER!
All of my worrying about the weather and it was two of the most beautiful days we've had all summer. Hope to hear from you,

Survivor Twitchell
Hi,
Mike and I made a third trip to Tropic Reservoir it's still pretty, but water is low. Helicopters were scooping up water to dump on forest fires. There is a managed fire near the lake but won't interfere with our plans.
My family will provide dinner for Friday and Saturday nights, Mona and Ed's family will be in charge of Breakfast and Lunch.
Friday night will be for visiting and settling in. Saturday after breakfast is free time, for hiking, fishing, biking or whatever you would like to do. A family shooting contest will be held, Ed will be in charge of the shoot and the time will be set to suit those participating.
5:30 (ish) Games
Frying pan toss, watermelon eating contest, sunflower seed spitting contest, crush the cracker contest, family in a rope running contest.
Dinner
Talent Show and story telling. Story telling can include stories about Grandma and Grandpa Twitchell, Stupid things stories. My kids have plenty on me!
I need rsvps from Ed's family, I hope everyone will want to come and have great time. Love to all.

Survivor Twitchell 2009
Hello Everyone!
Update on the Twitchell reunion (Survivor Twitchell in Tropic) Mike and I have made a couple of trips to check out locations to camp. Unfortunately we cannot reserve camping spaces. You can only claim one spot and you must actually stay at the camping space. We are going early, but there just isn't enough room for all of us to stay in one space. There are lots of beautiful places that we can make a camp. I just need to work on the bathroom situation.
Mike and I bought a small camp trailer, so no sleeping on the ground for me anymore. We took it over to Tropic Reservoir to try it out. When you get there follow the Twitchell signs. We will be easy to find.
I am a real newby at blogging so this is a completely new thing to me. I need to take lessons from someone. Please post any comments or ideas. I'd love to hear from everyone.
